Euell Energy Resources has extensive experience in federal procurement and federal contracts since 1970. We were a member of the Procurement and Contracts Board of Directors on the Tennessee Tom Bigbee Project, a $1.8 billion project spanning 5 states, and monitored the project from its inception though the final stages of construction. We assisted Congressman Parren J. Mitchell, Chairman of Procurement for the Alaskan Pipeline, in the pipeline construction process which extended from Canada to North America.
